Dear Cyclist,
My name is Niall Kennedy and I am the event organiser for "The Cradle Cycling Tour of Ireland". I got your contact email address from the Leisure Club page on cyclingireland.ie.
I would like to tell you about our fantastic new event planned for June 11th to 16th this year.
After nine years of organising the "Cork to Galway Cycle" and due to its success we have decided for our tenth anniversary to extend the event to a six-day tour of Ireland.
Starting in Galway on Monday 11th June and cycling through Longford, Dublin, Kilkenny, Cork and Limerick before finshing back in Galway on Sat. 16th June.
This cycling adventure will be run as three separate 2-day events running consecutively and cyclists can choose to do 2, 4 or all 6 days. We cater for all levels of cyclist from the serious club cyclist to the leisure cyclist who is looking for a target to train for. We put as much emphasis on the sociable side of the event as we do on the cycling. Each day will be broken up into manageable 30-35km stages with a rest-stop after each stage. All evening meals and overnight accommodation will be provided and transport for you and your bike back to your starting point plus much much more.
The event will be raising funds for "Cradle" and the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA).
Our website www.cradleycycle.com is now open for full information and registration for the event.
Our aim for this event is to build on our reputation on the "Cork to Galway Cycle" and make this 6-day tour the best and most enjoyable cycling event of its kind in Ireland.
I would be most grateful if you could share this mail with your club members, some of which I'm sure will be interested in the event.
Thank you for taking the time to read this mail. If you need more information please do not hesitate to contact me by reply.
Kindest regards,
Niall Kennedy
