Group running sessions. Very social running group and the sessions are fun and suitable for all levels and abilities. First session is FREE, so come on down and give it a try.

Location: Bush running track, just outside Carlingford, co. Louth.
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Cost: First session FREE, so come on down and give it a try. €50 for 8 week programme.
