I’m running a Charity Duathlon on the 22nd of October Outside Dundalk
All proceeds go to temple street children’s Hospital.

There are still entry’s available on the Triathlon Ireland Website. Just go to “Enter Race”.

The current ITU World Olympic Triathlon Champion and Sprint Champion Alistair and Johnny Brownlee will be over to support the event.
They will set off behind everyone else and try and work through the field to the top. The field will also be split into 2 teams, one captained by Johnny’s and one by Alistair’s, lowest overall aggregate time wins. People will also be racing for their own individual time and there will be individual prizes.
